Cinna Crunch Protein Pancakes
- 1-2 scoops Spartan Cinna Crunch Whey Protein
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 4 oz soft cream cheese
- 4 whole eggs
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl.
- Heat a pan to medium and spray with cooking spray.
- Use 1/4 cup of mixture for each pancake.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Enough for 2 people.
- Top with melted peanut butter, coconut flakes, and fresh raspberries.
