Cinna Crunch Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 scoops Spartan Cinna Crunch Whey Protein
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 4 oz soft cream cheese
  • 4 whole eggs
  • Juice from 1 lemon

Prep:

  • Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl.
  • Heat a pan to medium and spray with cooking spray.
  • Use 1/4 cup of mixture for each pancake.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Enough for 2 people.
  • Top with melted peanut butter, coconut flakes, and fresh raspberries.
